Hello Bloggers. Tuesday the 26th of November was the big day. If you have read my old blog about joining the school choir and going for choir rehearsals to other schools you would know that I've been practising for this day for a long time. We were performing at the Town Hall in the city. There were 13 other school choirs that were doing it with us. My school was part of the B side. We had to get to Town Hall at 6:45 and our show started at 7:30. All the time I sat there I kept thinking "Soon I will be out there, in front of a huge crowd and I have to sing 14 songs." The 14 songs that we were singing were:- National Anthem
- Donna Nobis Pacem
- Eye of the tiger
- What about us
- Les Miserable Medley
- I'll be there for you
- Phantom of the Opera
- Ke manuia te aho
- A te tarakihi
- Rocking Robin
- O moon
- In Winter
- Choo Choo Chabogie
- Don't cry for me Argentina.
My favourite was I'll be there for you. The place was amazing and we had a lot of fun. We sang all 14 songs beautifully and I never stopped smiling once. This was an amazing experience and I would recommend you all to join your own choir. This is a life changing experience. Well that's all for today. Check out the photos of town hall. Blog You Later!
