Today (3rd of December) we had to do an activity for the Summer Learning Journey. Our Activity was to read some facts about 10 countries and then choose one country out of those 10. After we choose one we have to blog about that one and say why we choose that one. Our 10 countries were: Australia, Canada, Chile, England [ United kingdom ], Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Africa and United Arab Emirates.
I chose Australia with its beautiful scenery and its wonderful beaches and fun. The coconut trees for shade. I really do like that place by the sounds of it. We even saw a couple of videos but I loved Australia the best.
An interesting but scary fact is that everywhere in Australia there are snakes. If you go to someones's house and take your shoes of outside then when you come back to your shoes there will be a snake inside your shoe. The largest city in Australia is Sydney. Australia is famous for its natural wonders and wide open spaces, its beaches and its deserts. Here is a photo of one of the open spaces:

ReplyDeleteAustralia is surely beautiful. I have seen the country only through the TV but whatever I've seen it looks amazing. I am sure that the snake bit isn't always true :) If it is then that is one place I would not want to go. You could have added some more things about Australia in your blog.
